The SNL Presidential Reunion [VIDEO]

Ever heard of the Consumer Financial Protection Agency?

Yea, me neither, but in the video below, Barack Obama is visited from all the SNL Presidents, and they give them a few pointers on why the Consumer Financial Protection Agency is so important to America and its citizens.

From Funny or Die, the video above featured Will Farrell as George W. Bush, Darrell Hammond as Bill Clinton, Dana Carvey as George H. Bush, Dan Aykroyd as Jimmy Carter, Chevy Chase as Gerald Ford and Jim Carrey as Ronald Reagan.

The Dirtiest Ren & Stimpy Clip EVER!

I really don’t know what to say about this. I don’t think I’ve ever maintained a state of raised eyebrow for quite so long. Wow… just wow.

Pipe Dreams

Believe it or not, the above video is an animation by a company called Animusic.

Does anybody know the name of this song? Would love to know what it is.

Neil Young singing the ‘Fresh Prince’ theme song

I didn’t know what to expect at first, but this turns out to be pretty good. Not sure how Neil Young kept a straight face throughout the song, but he does a surprisingly good cover of the ‘Fresh Prince’ theme song on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.

**UPDATE**
Ok, now I feel like a fool. I probably watched this video of ‘Neil Young’ singing the Fresh Prince theme song about seven times this morning. It wasn’t until I read this article from NPR hours later that I realized that wasn’t Neil Young… That was actually Jimmy Fallon doing a freakishly good impersonation. Still a good cover though.

Night Run [Timelapse Videos]

I am a big fan of timelapse videos, and I recently found this one on Flickr. It is broken into two videos in order to meet Flickr’s 90 second time limit.

Apparently, this guy hooked up a camera on the railing of a boat that was traveling through the Houston Ship Channel, and set it to take a photo every six seconds. This is the result.

A Short Love Story [Stop-Motion VIDEO]

So the other night I was sitting around bored, so I got on Vimeo.com and started browsing around various videos that were posted some time ago. I was lucky enough to find this stop-motion video.

‘A Short Love Story’ was created by: Carlos Lascano

For more details on how this video was created, check out this post from the artist’s website.

This Fat Guy Really Likes Chicken!

So, if you were to try to put all of America’s worst stereotypes into one video, this would be it.

Not only is this guy severely obese, but he goes nuts at a McDonalds, inside of a Wal-Mart, because they gave him the wrong order. It looks like whomever shot the video, took it with a cellphone video camera, so the quality is really poor.

Cloud Gate in Chicago [Timelapse Video]

Just a few weeks ago, I got back from a trip to Chicago. While I was in town, of course, we did a bunch of site-seeing and one of the places we checked out was the ‘Silver Bean’ in Millennium Park, which is apparently called Cloud Gate. While browsing around on Flickr, I found this below timelapse video that somebody shot at Cloud Gate. It came out pretty good, in my opinion.

My Personal Photos of Cloud Gate

Below are a few photos I took while visiting Chicago. We went to Millennium Park to see Cloud Gate, and the best pictures of it are below. You can see more photos of my Chicago trip in this Flickr Set.

329 Hot-Air Balloons Taking Off [Timelapse Video]

This timelapse video was filmed at one of the largest hot-air balloon gatherings in the world. There was a total of 329 balloons lined up and they all took off within a few minutes of each other. This is supposedly a world record, but I’d imagine there have been other occasions where more than 329 balloons take off at the same time. If you know of any, please link me in the comments below. Either way, it looks beautiful!
